Race Format: Four, 1 lap runs

General Event Information:

Events are conducted according to SCCA Solo II rules, as amended by Sacramento Supplemental Regulations

Entry Fees for SCCA members:

Thunderhill Racway Park – Price for Member: $50.00

For Non-Members you will need to also purchase a Temp. Weekend Membership: $20.00

Smooth event operation requires competitors to share the workload.  Under special circumstances an entrant wishing to work a work group other than their assigned group must receive permission in advance from the event chair.

Valid drivers’ license is required.

SCCA membership card is required for discount.

Helmet is required: Only Snell ’05 M/SA/K or later, or Snell SAH2010. 

First run group is run on an “inverted grid”

• First car to arrive on grid is put into last position
• Last car to arrive will run first

Cars will be tech’ed on grid.

**Until further notice, karts are not allowed at our events. This includes Kart Modified.

General Event Schedule:

First car out at 9:00 A.M.

For first half run groups arrive 1 – 1.5 hours before first car out – this allows for time to walk the course, register and have your car tech’ed  

Other run groups have no set schedule, but start as soon as possible 

For second half run groups, arrive no later than 10:30 AM; 

Third run group will not start before 12:00 PM; 

Registration will close at 8:45 A.M. and then Open back up after first car has started it’s run.

Registration will close at NOON!

Overnight Lodging Options:

Thunderhill Raceway

There is overnight camping available at Thunderhill Raceway! If you are coming up to one of our events and want to camp please let Tom Nivison know that you are planning to camp, which nights and what kind of rig/tent you are coming in. Camping is $30 per rig and $20 per tent. There are currently NO hookups at the large pad (coming soon we hope) but there is water, showers and a grill in walking distance that will deliver breakfast and lunch. We have a potluck on Saturday nights so feel free to bring something to pitch in or just come hang out with us.
